The construction of a new, eight-storey apartment building on the Victoria Road in Bantry Bay. The building comprises a reinforced concrete framed structure with a feature perforated aluminium screen on a steel subframe.
KFD Wilkinson’s responsibilities were the structural design of the reinforced concrete framed structure, the steelwork sub-grid for the external feature screens and Civil Engineering design for the bulk stormwater and council connections.
